Wont the SLI 970s be bottlenecked buy the 6500 i dont think it will be a big deal if they are.... but i'd just like to know if it will be a bottle neck(There is no storage in the PCPartpicker because i have some drives already)

970s cheaper to build a PC with 980Ti its bout $100 more but ill do it the budget this time is 1200 its 1283 i can go a little over though

Investing in the 980Ti is worth it. Not all games support sli, often sli drivers release weeks or months after a game releases. The 980Ti has 6gb VRAM which ca be accessed at full speed unlike the 970 which is 3.5gb fast and 0.5gb slow and as sli doesn't add VRAM you still only have 4gb (ignore DX12, we are years from vram adding being mainstream). Then you have the extra heat and power consumption with sli
