Need assistance for my pc build.

Hey guys,
I'm pretty new to the pc scene and i wanted to know if my build is decent for a gaming pc build. Feel free to give me some advise on what i should change, keep in mind that I need to keep my build around the price as it is now.

I cant rec anything as i dont know much. However just read reviews on a z chipset. Overclocking is not neccassary at all, totally optional. So if you plan to OC then keep the K cpu. I own that same cpu and honestly its a beast. So it doesnt really matter if you want to OC or not. So its totally up to you.

Good but you gotta pick or choose, get z set mobo if you want to keep that overclockable cpu. Or get a non k version if you want to keep that mobo

You wont need a watercooler if your not going to oc

Also i suggest a EVGA G2 supernova 550w psu

What z set mobo would you recommend me to get?
Also, is overclocking necessary for gamers?
