Poor performance R9 290 Why ?

Hi friends, I have R9 290 Reference Design. As I watched the video bf3't playing over 100 fps on my system 30 , falling to 45 fps . Why?
My system

AMD FX 8350 8 Core 4.0 GHz to 4.4 GHz (OCR )

Kingston HyperX Beast 16 GB of DDR3 2133 MHz RAM CL11

Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 290 4 GB GDDR5 512 -bit DX 12

X64 Windows 10 Professional Edition

AMD AM3 + Socket 970 MSI Gaming 2133mhz (OCR )

Check your temperatures on the GPU and make sure they aren't exceeding 95 celsius. The reference R9 290's ran extremely hot, as the refrence cooler really isn't sufficient for keeping that GPU cool, throttling problems on the reference cards were pretty common.

Other than that, make sure your drivers are up to date, and check your Battlefield settings to make sure you don't have resolution scaling cranked up to 200% or some form of Supersampling AA enabled, that will kill your framerates even with a properly functioning R9 290.
