Hi, I want to build a gpu server and I want to be sure that my components are compatible.
The main idea is that it'll support more gtx titan x gpus.

Here are my components:
1. Motherboard: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1142646-REG/msi_lga2011_ddr4_x99a_sli.html
2. GPU: 4 x GTX Titan x.
3. CPU: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1060510-REG/intel_bx80646i74790k_core_i7_4790k_processor.html
4. HDD: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/903174-REG/western_digital_wd10ezex_1tb_wd_caviar_blue.html
5. RAM: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1121909-REG/crucial_bls2k8g4d240fsa_16gb_288pin_dimm_ddr4.html
6.Power supply: EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Thank you very much for help.

If you want four way sli do you need another motherboard.
The cpu is for/from another socket too. This motherboard you chose is socket 2011,the cpu socket 1150 which makes them not compatible.
These motherboards support quad sli,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#l=4&sort=a8&page=1
look at the ones with the X99 chipset.
Look at this cpu for the build as well,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80648i75930k
this one imo supports enough pcie lanes. These cpu's are compatible with the motherboard,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/cpu/#sort=a7&page=1
maybe that for what you want the server for the cpu not that important.
Also might want to look at these,
http://www.nvidia.com/object/tesla-servers.html
seem to be made for what you...

seem to be made for what you want altough i don't really know what you want with the server.Depends on what they would cost as well, but maybe these could do with a less expensive motherboard/cpu combo and looking at the otherwise four titans you want.

So if I choose this motherboard: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gax99sli
this cpu: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80648i75930k then it'll be ok?
Also it means that I need to take ram ddr4 to be compatible with motherboard. Is this one http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-memory-bls2k8g4d240fsa ok?
and this cooler: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2.

Motherboard is fine.
That cpu would do fine.

I would use other ram, with that speed a lower cas latency or higher speed.
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/corsair-memory-cmk16gx4m2a2133c13,corsair-memory-cmk16gx4m2b3000c15r/
i chose the Corsair ram for it's low profile heatspreaders so they won't intefere with the cpu cooler of choice.

The cooler is for stock speed fine, for overclocking would i get something beefier.
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/deepcool-cpu-cooler-assassinii,phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc14pe,raijintek-cpu-cooler-0r100001,silverstone-cpu-cooler-td02lite/
cheaper,

With four gpu's get a large enough case, one with at least 8 backplates so that the bottom gpu has enough clearance.

Big thx for the suggestions:

I was thinking about this case: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1201008-REG/corsair_cc_9011080_ww_carbide_series_quiet_600q.html is it good?

I don't know it and need to look at reviews, just do that yourself too.Looking at it do i find it very closed for a system with four gpu's,that's a lot of heat that needs to be dissipated.Looking at a few reviews am i not sure that four gpu's will fit regardless of the 8 expansion slots. There's alot going on at the top.
I would rather use a case with an open top and ability to mount fans there.I think i would rather look at cases like these,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/corsair-case-cc9011063ww,corsair-case-cc9011078ww,fractal-design-case-fdcadefxlr2bl,nzxt-case-casw810w1/

One thing i forgot to mention is that with four of those gpu's you'll need to look at a psu of >1250watt like these,
