Is the Asus SABERTOOTH x79 quad channel or tri channel?

I will use with i7 4930k so motherboards should support quad channel memory. There are two different spec, one of them says sabertooth is quad and the other one says it is tri-channel.

If both have the features you need then either would work.
Why the older hardware? with the 5820K or the 5930K and a X99 motherboard.

Yeah, 5820k was in my mind. However, there are some benchmark tests. In these tests i7 4930k owns the i7 5820k even lower ram frequencies. Here are some links

For last link, first list(Bellek Okuma) means read, second list(Bellek Yazma) means write and then third(Bellek Kopyalama) means copy and the forth means latency.

I have also read lots of stuff about instability of 5820k with +2400 mhz ram frequencies.
