Thoughts and advice on this gaming build

Solution
-way too much money in processor and board.
-underkill on gpu. a 750 ti won't hold up to new games well at all.
-kingston ssdnow drives should be avoided. there are much better drives for the money like crucial bx200.
-8gb is plenty for a gaming system.
-you forgot a cpu cooler. since you have an overclocking board and chip, you'll need one.

i recommend this system with no overclocks needed. gaming performance will run laps over the 750 ti you picked.

First of all, thanks for the help. I've got a few questions:

- I don't think the CPU you're recommending is a big upgrade to what I'm currently using. Would it be possible to throw my old CPU into a new motherboard?
- I've heard bad things about Gigabyte boards. How well do they match up against other brands and how well would this one support the GPU you recommend?
- What CPU cooler do you suggest i get?
- Is it worth spending almost 500$ on the GPU? How much better is it, performance-wise.
- Is an 80+ bronze PSU good enough? I take it 80+ gold isn't required?

Thanks again, and apologies for uneducated questions. This is my first build!
