How do I figure this out? I want to know if this is caused within the house or outside. My ISP made multiple "LINE TESTING" on their end and told me everything should be okay. Changed modem/router it's still the same. I'm at a loss, Ive been dealing with this for literally morethan a month now.

Edit : I have two computers, both experiencing the same so if it help's the computer's software/network card or whatever should not be the issue. I have one new cat5e and an old one, that's also not it. Router/Modem has been replaced by ISP so that's not it. But yeah I am unsure of what the problem is now. Please someone enlighten me. Thanks!

So Google's IP addresses for me when I do a lookup are 74.125.21.(105,99,147,104,106,103).

64.233.189.103 returns the name: tl-in-f103.1e100.net.

What is responses do you receive from an nslookup for www.google.com?

Edit: Hmm, it seems that 64.233.189.103 may belong to Google.

Well before I was able to find who owned that IP, I would have said you have a DNS/Proxy issue because of a virus/malware. But that's most likely not the case now.

Also, I have ATT, and those "line tests" are bull****. Have your ISP come out to your home and re-terminate your connections.
