Guys! I've been struggling to find the correct 4 GB ram for my motherboard.I have the "INTEL DH55PJ" motherboard and it's stated clear that it supports up to 8gb of ram. My motherboard has only two ram slots.
I currently have installed (2+2=4GB) in my motherboard,it works without any problem.I want to upgrade to 8GB RAM (i.e 4+4=8GB). I've so far tried two 4gb 1333 mhz ram and even one 4gb 1600mhz ram from corsair and kingston in the last few months.Everytime i get the same problem the computer boots splashes the intel motherboard screen then comes the windows logo screen then *BOOM* it just stops and restarts again and it goes on and on in a loop. It's just frustrating. :(
i've tried using the new 4gb ram as a standalone and also coupled with another 2gb still the same problem.

OS:Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core i3 540 3.07 Ghz

I've already tried multiple things including bios update, cmos battery clearing and bios resetting etc.still no solution.everything is up and running when i switch back to the 2+2 Ram setup.

Someone pls kindly help me to figure this out :(

This is the support page for my motherboard's memory configuration from intel. May be i'm doing something wrong in choosing my new 4+4 stick pls help me!

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards/000006049.html

Can someone please explain me the tabular column below the "Supported memory Configurations" in the above webpage, and tell what type of 4gb ram should i buy "Single Sided or Doubled sided?"

Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for the reply man! I checked on that ram it says it's compatible with my Intel H55 chipset...You think it would work for sure?
