My Hyperx 1600mhz 4Gb Ram Not booting with my q8400 quad core processor and ddr3 mother board, other non branded DDR3 1333mhz ram boot ok , shouldn't the 1600mhz ram under clock to 1333mhz and boot since the q8400 quad core processor supports 1333mhz ram and the mother board supports ddr3 upto 1333mhz and 1600mhzoc i tried clearing the BIOS No luck ???

It's probably a newer line of DDR3, most all DDR3 these days use high denisty memory ICs (chips) which aren't compatible with the older 775 mobos, I'd look at the GSkill NT value DRAM - it's made with the older low density chips
