Question About My Power Supply

So I'm in the process of building a PC right now and I was wondering if this these parts would work out with my PSU (or if the build would work out in general).
- AMD FX 8320 CPU
- MSI 960 2g VRAM GPU
- ASUS M5A97 Motherboard
- Cooler Master Evo 212 CPU Cooler
- Seagate 1 TB HDD Hard Drive
- Kingston HyperX Fury 8 Gig Ram
- Samsung Optical Drive
-Thermaltake Versa H21

I own the Seasonic S12II 520 bronze unit, its an excellent PSU. Keep in mind the M12II is the same PSU except its modular and maybe easier to work with.

This Seasonic I mentioned above is pretty reasonably priced. And if you don't mind dealing with rebates, the EVGA B2 750 is about the same price. Both are excellent quality.
