If 3 way sli is your aim you need a X99 and 5930k, the Z170 doesn't have enough pcie lanes so not to bottleneck the gpu's. Also 850-900w is ok for 2 way, for 3 sli your looking at 1200w

Not at ultra settings in all games, there is one benchmark floating around where a 980Ti dips under 60fps at 1080p in one game at ultra. Are you planning on going sli as 1000w is massive overkill for that build. Also that motherboard and SSD seem over the top unless you have a real need for them. You could probably save enough money to get you 1/2 way to a second 980Ti by going for a cheaper motherboard and SSD
