How to access MSI dual BIOS after failed BIOS Flash of Intel IME

Hi Guys , I was doing a USB update/flash of the Intel IME and sure as shit the power went off when the update started. This resulted in a message stating "add files to USB" because the system can't find the file on the USB drive. I tried reloading the utility and update to the USB drive and hit ctrl-alt-del restarting the bios loading and it just goes back the same message about the files missing from the USB drive. The board is an MSI Z68A-GD80 (b3) with dual bios, but I have no idea how to switch from one to the other or if that will even correct the failed IME update? Anyone know what I need to do? I am running an i7 2600K and will consider updating the MB to the latest chipset that is compatible with my processor, advise is welcomed because the last MB that is would was the Z77 as far as I knew... an ASUS or Gigabyte MB would be my choice if I can't correct this MSI.... I will look forward to any help I can get, Thanks, Dan

You may just try clear the CMOS then reboot, and go into the BIOS to reset the BIOS setting. If the BIOS did fail, you need recover it from the dual bios feature, you can get more detail from the jack's answer in that forum. https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=145084.0 Or you may try to recover the BIOS by this method too. https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/TechFAQdetail.aspx?formid=3046

Other question for update to Z77 if you can't fix the MB problem, you may not find the good Z77 from asus or gigabyte, because the manufacturer does not product it anymore. If you still want to use the i7 2600k, get whatever any Z77 is available in your area, even the Z75 too.
