Hi, My specs are

Six year corsair psu vx550w
Gigabyte ga-990xa-ud3 r1.0 (F13 bios, total supported fx chips)
Gigabyte gtx760oc 4gb
Phenom II 955@3.7
FX8320 stock.(stock values and automatic voltage)

When i bought new fx processor to update my pc, i installed it and i began to have restarts randomly al low load. Running prime95 or 3dmark with no errors for 2 hours.

I reinstalled Windows and problem isn´t solved then i reinstalled my old phenom II 955 at same values and all is working fine again.

Anyone can help me? I figured that is a cpu problem, it may be defective, psu and mobo are running fine with old cpu

Solution
Put your new CPU in the socket, then go to the BIOS and do a factory reset, then go windows. if still crash test with the AMD cool and quiet option disabled in BIOS

BTW. don't install Gigabyte software tools to monitor/change voltages, or other stuff in your system, just install drivers. Gigabyte tools cause problems in some FX cpus

F14e is a beta bios for new fx9xxx and f-8370 and fx-8xxxe, my mobo get fully support for 8320 on f13. Don´t think that Works but thank you.
