AMD FX-6300 6 cores only showing 1?

Hello. My FX-6300 is showing only one core, i don't know why... bought it yesterday.

Yeah thats right your all set. The amd fx 6300 is actually not a true six core cpu, its a bit complicated but the way i understand it is that there are 3 modules with 2 cores on each module there are not 6 truly separate cpu cores so 3 of them are referred to as "logical". Its almost like hyperthreading on an intel i7 you have 4 cores and 4 threads, the design is very different mind you but thats the way I like to think about it. To sum it up 3 cores 6 logical processors is right thats how mine is as well.

No, i did not mess with the BIOS, and yes it's a brand new computer. My motherboard is a M5A78L-M lx3.

I already did that

I saw this on BIOS, "Advanced Clock Calibration - All Cores, Per Core, Auto. Its on Auto, should i change it to All Cores?

I checked the option "All Cores"
And it's working now...
But on Task Manager is saying 3 cores 6 logical processors, and CPU-Z 6 Cores, 6 Threads.. Is that normal?
