Hello,
I am planning on building a new gaming desktop. I have decided to go with:
Aerocool GT-S Black Full Tower Gaming Case
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7-EU Motherboard
Intel i7-6700K Processor
GeForce GTX 980Ti AMP Extreme Edition Graphics Card(2-way or 3-way sli)
Corsair AX1200i Professional Series Digital AX 1200i ATX/EPS Fully Modular 80 PLUS Platinum PSU
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32 GB (8 GBx4) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 1.35 V Memory Kit Black
Arctic Cooling CPU Cooler
Corsair Air Series140mm Quiet Edition High Airflow LED Fan - Red
BitFenix 230mm Spectre PRO Fan

I am not really sure how good this combination is. Therefore, if any of you have recommendation regarding any component i should change. Especially i am not sure if this motherboard will perfectly fit my case and if i can fit 3 Zotac GTX 980Ti AMP! Extreme into this motherboard. Another main concern is about cooling. Is my water cooling good enough for the CPU and which other fans do you think are better that the ones i have picked and will keep my case cooler while being quiet. And how i can find how many fans i can fit inside this case? I know there are already 3 which come together with the case.
Any advice about any component is appreciated!
Thank you very much in advance.

Solution
What market/currency are you buying from. That strongly affects price/performance and availability recommendations.

What are you planning to do with it? What resolution/number of monitors, monitor refresh?

In general:

That CPU runs out of voltage before it runs out of thermal headroom, so a cheaper, simpler, good air cooler will be sufficient.
32GB is far more memory than any game needs.
You want a NVMe SSD on this system.
Pascal is getting close enough that I would not spend that much GPU coin. A single GTX980 can be moved on without much loss, but I'd be concerned about where the cost of three older 980ti's might leave me. There's always something new on the horizon, and the 980 was only a moderate improvement over the 780ti...

There's always something new on the horizon, and the 980 was only a moderate improvement over the 780ti, but I'd re-visit the release of Maxwell and see if that would be OK with you. (Buying 3xSLI 780ti's six months before the release of the GYX 980)

The case will handle the cards and the motherboard., but you cannot 3xSLI on that motherboard, you need the Gaming G1 or SOC Force if you stay with Gigabyte,

Link to a site where you might buy from and we can suggest more cost efficient parts.

Solution
no need for watercooling here...only for crasy overclockers
a simply air cooling like the cryorig H7 will suffice
32GB ram is a bit overkill
do not go with 3 gpu , like said above..better to wait the new release of PASCAL , 3 gpu actually in sli ???? look bad to me

zotac gpu are not so good actually , get msi or asus instead

Thank you for your reply!
I am living in London, so i will buy all of the components listed above from amazon.co.uk except for Zotac 980TI extreme, which i was planning to buy from overclockers.co.uk
I am planning to play latest games at 4K resolution(ultra 60 fps). I am planning to buy 4k gsync monitor:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Acer-Predator-XB280HKbprz-28-Inch-Monitor-Displayport-380x2160/dp/B00MB5O5OY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1454280505&sr=8-1&keywords=4k+gsync
Do you think there is any better monitor for this price? Also, do you think it is better to go with 120Ghz monitor? Any advice on this will be appreciated as well!
I believe you are right, i will just buy one gtx 980ti, but now i am not sure which model to buy. I initially thought higher clock speed means it will provide me with a higher performance in games. Now i assume it is not always the case and other models such as MSI and Asus can provide better performance despite their lower clock speed??? So which exact model of gtx980ti would you recommend me to go with until Pascal cards are out? Additionally, do you think it is a better idea do remove gtx 980ti and buy one Pascal graphics card instead of 2-way gtx 980ti sli?
I am glad that the case will handle all other components. What motherboard would you recommend knowing what i need? I decided that i will maximum go for 2-way gtx 980ti sli, so is it a good idea to stay with the same motherboard?
I was also planning to remove my Samsung 850 EVO SSD 850GB and samsung 850 evo m.sata 500GB from my current laptop to this pc. Do you think it is a good idea or should i buy a new SSD and if yes, which one would you recommend?
Lastly, which Ram would you recommend me to buy?
Thank you very much, your help is much appreciated!

If you want 60fps, 4k ultra, then a pair of 980ti's are sufficient and I would not go for three, so the motherboard you started with will do. If you want more, you will ne a PLX board like those I mentioned above.

Here's a possibility. I changed the case to save some money. Cases are a personal choice. Get what you like.
