I have an Intel DP43TF mob PCB is E34878-402. I have removed the Intel Core 2 duo and inserted an Xeon 3220 chip. I have 8GB new RAM. When I press the power button nothing happens. Only the fan runs some then cuts off then comes back on again. Everything powers fine using the Core 2 duo chip. I did update the Bios. TWhat is happening and how can I fix this?
