RAM problem only 4 working of 8GB

I have 2 DDR3 4GB of ram! CPU-z shows i have 8 installedMy computer says i have 6 installed but only 4 usable , CMD says i have only 4

Windows aero stopped working and every time i start the PC i have to type
Net start uxsms in the CMD

Help pls im sure the problem is software
maybe any program is set by default to drain some memory automatically
Both slots of RAM work!
It is not Hardware problem!

Mother: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2P
Rams: TEAM GROUP DDR3 1333Mh.z 4GB x2
Cpu is AMD Fx6300
GPu is ATI saphire r9 280 dual x
windows 7 64 bit os
latest drivers of everything
psu is corsair cs650m
1 tb toshiba at 7200rpm

Actually the system performs pretty well I just think that i can run RUST better cuz when i run it the ram usage goes up to the heaven
and also i dont want to start windows aero every time. it stops automatically when there is not enough ram

anyways i run LOL at 210fps
cs go at 200
firefall at ultra on 30
and only rust is my problem and the windows aero

also since this problem occurred cpu z shows single not dual channel
