i was thinking of buying a gtx 960 4 GB version but i saw this deal on sapphire vapour x amd 7970 3 GB model brought on 2011 for 170$ ,is it a good deal?will it perform better than gtx 960 4 GB version?

Since it was bought back in 2011 it means that it is 4-5 years old. So it surely has no warranty and since it its AMD* dont expect it to last much longer... than like 1 or 2 years at best

*cause they run hot and if the seller hasnt tweaked the fan profile or has OC'd with stock fan speeds then it is even worse

Just get a new gtx 960 4GB or a used one cause it cant be older than 2 years and will have warranty (most of the times)
