need help with gfx card upgrade

hi guys i have been looking around now to upgrade my card i currently have the gtx 560ti and was lookiing at getting EVGA NVIDIA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0 GAMING Graphics Card - 4GB
04G-P4-2974-KR - 4GB EVGA GTX 970 SC GAMING ACX 2.0, PCIe 3.0, 7010MHz GDDR5, GPU 1165MHz, Boost 1317MHz, Cores 1664, DP/HDMI/DVI-D/DV.

but what i want to know is will upgrading this cause any throttle to my pc and i will get full benefit from it my pc specs are
asus p8 z77-v lx motherboard
Intel Core i5 3470 3.20GHz Socket 1155 6MB L3 Cache
Crucial 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1333Mhz Ballistix Sport Memory
600 or 650 watt corsair power supply

if ur playing on 1080p overclocking ur gpu might bottleneck but not that much though to be worried but how ever 2k is a complete different story... the cpu won't bottle neck the gpu cuz in 2k the gpu has more work to do and all.. anyways the 970 is a good gpu and I think the i5 chip of urs. should be okay

i am going to upgrade my cpu at some point anyway to a i7 i can play gta v and black ops 3 on medium/high with my current setup

You should be OK then

But with bottleneck you may have lag*/stuttering or lower fps than you would have with a better cpu

*To understand this head to the bios and set as active cores only 2. Then go and play gta v or black ops 3.... (you probably wont have lag with the 560ti with 2 cores only but you will surely have with the 970 with 2 cores)

i normally have my fps locked to 60 also that 970 comes factory super clocked also

oh right ok then so ocing might be a problem but if i leave as it comes i should be ok
