Yes it will fit though you can use this to double check with a ruler since you have the case in hand.

You'll only need to latch on the clips for the cooler onto your stock AMD mounting mechanism. Follow through the instruction's stated in the manual and it should be simple/quick though you may need to remove the motherboard to get easy access around CPU socket.
