For the last few weeks I was able to play witcher 3 with everything on ultra (Nvidia hairworks off)
with constant 60 fps. No matter what happened the fps didn't drop more than 1~2 fps.
Today I started the game and now I just have around 40~50 fps, sometimes even dropping as low as 30.
I restarted my PC, nothing changed.
Intel Core i7-4790K, 4-4.4ghz
MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming, 4GB GDDR5
16GB
EVGA 650W
When playing the gpu usage is at 99% and the clock rate at 4~4.4
btw. my PC is 1.5 months old and really clean. No crap on it or any virus'.
