Looking for mobile CPU cooler for Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz

He'll be carrying his computer everywhere he goes for his job. He bought an EVO 212 cooler master but I don't think its a good idea to carry it places. I reccemended him a water cooling cpu rather than the EVO 212 but I do not know which one is the best for him to get.

You are right in your thinking, but we need to know what the case is.

The Corsair H90 is where I'd start looking.

The case he is getting is this one here
Originally, he bought the Casecom BT28 Black-Turbo m-ATX but wanted something smaller in width to fit in a carrying case.
