I also need a budget cooler for my cpu under 30 bucks. ???????????????????????????
You said you plan to overclock the Athlon. I would not do any meaningful overclocking of an AMD chip without adding an aftermarket CPU cooler. My board AND cooler just about fit your whole board budget.

I doubt it, for most of them. GTAV Ultra drops below 40 fps is some places (flying) on MUCH more powerful systems than yours.
I don't play all those games myself. Ultra is pretty demanding on those CPU intensive titles and the Athlon is the bet chip available for that socket, but it's still an 'entry' level budget product.

No, not then either. For a start, I doubt that any CPU will get 1080p, 40fps, Ultra, at 60Hz on that GPU. Have you looked at the reviews?

If you want good advice, you need to give us the complete facts.
Max. MXAA and Ultra textures will hurt your FPS. Look at this http://www.getlinkyoutube.com/watch?v=LfYV8EGJh3k The recording process is costing about 20FPS.
Make sure you get a very good motherboard so you can overclock your FX6300 and a decent aftermarket CPU cooler so you can keep it cool. or consider an Intel i5.
