SSD showing up as Disk 1 in Disk Management and HDD not showing up

Hey!
I have a problem with my new-built computer, my HDD is not showing up in Disk Management, but it shows up in my bios.
I have a Seagate Barracuda 2TB and I've plugged it in to SATA 1. I've tried SeaTools as well.

Make sure that the HDD is getting power. The connection may be loose, or the cable may not work. Try switching the power cables for the HDD and the SSD and see what happens. If you cannot get the SSD to show up, then its the chord. If the SSD still shows up but the HDD doesn't, the drive may have a problem with the pins on it. If this is the case, I'd see about returning it.
