Your CPU is a monster. It takes up a lot of power, so your PSU choice is good. You will be perfectly fine with that GPU as well. The FX-9590 has a HUGE heat output though, so you will probably want a nicer cooler. The H100i is probably your best bet, or maybe something even more expensive. Also, you will want to make sure your case is stocked full of fans, so that it can dissipate all the excess heat. otherwise, the build looks good.

Can I ask what your needs for the build are? The Fx 9590 is a beast of a CPU as has been said. The biggest draw back is the single core performance. You will need one heck of an overclock to compete with Intel. For the same price you won't be able to get an I7 but you should be able to get an i5 4690k and overclock that. The Fx9590 will surpass the 4690k while rendering and the 4690k will be better for gaming. Again, it comes down to your needs. This will also mean a cooler computer, less power, and a lower wattage power supply.
