Hello, I recently upgraded almost everything in my PC. I'm not really having issues, but I was wondering about flashing the BIOS... My version as of right now is 0802 (that's the stock version). As of the 19th of this month (January) the most recent version available is 1402. Plenty of other versions in between. I've only ever bricked one motherboard from flashing the BIOS and I'm a little on edge about doing it, but I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who has done it on this board without any issues or if there is any improvement from doing so? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Here's my specs if it helps:

ASUS Maximus Hero VIII Z170
(2x) EVGA Nvidia GTX Titan X
Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB (Primary)
Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB (Secondary)
G.Skill Ripjaw V 64GB DDR4 3200 (Can't enable XMP Profile 2.0 because it will not POST if I do.)
Corsair H80iGT Water Cooler on i7 6700k 3.6 GHz
Windows 10 Home 64bit

So I use the Flash Utility in the BIOS right? Should I use USB stick or is the internet option just as safe? Should I remove any parts before attempting to update?
