I have a gtx 770 gpu and whenever I download a driver for it, it asks me to restart my pc(which is normal). I click restart and it shuts off, turns back on then the normal windows loading screen pops up then after, the screen just turns black... I tried waiting for l about 2 hours but still no. To fix this I have to turn off computer then turn it back on, boot into safe mode and go to desktop, then I just delete the drivers, restart my pc go into normal mode and it loads into dektop. But then when I try to download an earlier version of the driver the same exact thing happens. How do I fix this black screen?! I've used driver Uninstaller and everything! Wtf is happening (I don't have and integrated gpu)

I know you said you don't have integrated graphics, but if you have an Intel CPU try starting up your computer in safe mode. If it works then it most likely is video drivers.

I had a similar issue to you just a few weeks ago where my Intel Video drivers all a suddenly turned on by itself and it was overriding my AMD graphic card drivers despite having no monitor plugged into any display the integrated graphics could use. I think a windows 7 update caused this issue.

So if you turn on your computer, and it post... you see bios screen, windows 7 loading logo, and the screen goes black but you can still hear the logon sound, then boot in safe mode, search device manager, and got to monitors and disable any video drivers that are not Nvidia video drivers.

Also alternatively check your motherboard bios settings to ensure it isn't trying to use integrated graphics that you don't have, or try to force it to use the PCI card.
