I'm about to order a new psu for a new gpu card. would like to know if the bolt patern is always the same ? like a certain ''standard'' ?
Im planning to order this one : http://www.seasonicusa.com/M12II-Bronze-650-750-850.htm

and the back of my pc look like that : http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/asus-asus-g11-gaming-pc-intel-core-i7-6700-2tb-hdd-16gb-ram-nvidia-geforce-gtx960-graphics-windows-10-g11cd-ca003t/10394137.aspx?path=66ddcb12f7aa87c9db6974da3e9628bcen02

Check for the back picture.

The psu I'm looking need to flip up side down , is that normal ? all the sticker will be on the wrong side...? Its for a Nvidia GTX 980 TI

Solution
Yes, standard hole spacing. It can go in either orientation.
Since your case appears to have no vent hole at the top, the PSU must be facing with the fan pointed down.
