That can come from many things, exactly when does this happen and when did it start? Does it happen all the time randomly, only when one program is used, did it start after you added or removed something? Need more details.

After I did not properly shutdown my laptop during some windows update installation.
But anyway, I just rollback "Restore your computer to an earlier time" installation process.
And It Works! For now no more Bluescreen occur.
