I touched to 5-6 cm near of the CPU on MOBA with screwdriver while my computer powered on(I was trying to get a screw from on it). It suddenly powered off and I'm getting black screen right now. I tried everything( plugged out all of cables, removed RAMs, removed MOBA battery for 15 min), but nothing worked. My moba gives green light from led and there is no beep sound. PSU works, CPU fan works, graphics card fans works. I don't know if something happened to my CPU or graphics card.

Please say me there is nothing wrong with my graphics card or CPU. I can't afford new one right now :(

Looks like you just learned a valuable (and expensive) lesson about sticking conductive instruments into live equipment. You've undoubtedly shorted something and let the "magic smoke" escape.

search your motherboard for burn marks or shorts aswell as swollen capacitors, the round things with a little cross on the top, look for ones leaking or ones that are pushed out/bulging. you could have very well fried your motherboard by shorting 2 different circuits or discharging static into a connection by touching the screwdriver to the screw while booting the PC. Remove the BIOS battery and hold the power button for 15 seconds before plugging back in the PSU and reinserting the battery, then try turning it on. Holding the power button while 100% disconnected discharges any residual electricity in any capacitors, a very crucial step.
