Graphic card comes up as external drive

Hey guys,

i have a gtx 750 and everything was going fine.

Ge force expirience reported that there were driver updates available so i decided to update them. Since then my graphics card comes up in the "remove hardware safely" list all the time. I have done a driver clean install but it solved nothing.

Has this happend to anybody? Any ideas on how to solve this?

I'm new in the forum, if someone tells me how i can post a screenshot. It is quite strange to read "GTX 750" under that list lol.

This is part of a new driver update, its to allow seamless disconnection of external GPU's for new laptops. its supposed to be like that (;

Oh! Feeling dumb...

Nice feature for laptop external cards tough. I'm in a desktop and i wont be unpluggin my card every day, is there a way to disable this? I like to have as few things in my bottom right corner as i can!

at this point i dont believe there is as nvidia goofed since they added it for all GPUs and not just thunderbolt connected ones, will most certainly fixed in the next patch
