I was wondering will it fit because it may interrupt the sata port with it size.

The GPU will block the #3 and #4 sata ports, but you can buy the regular angel sata cable for the #3, and the Left Side Angle cable for the #4 port. http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-18-Inch-Angle-Serial-SATA18LSA1/dp/B00AKS0YL2
