Pc not booting after power outage???????

My pc was fine a couple of hours ago, rain caused a small power outage Now when i try to start it up The fans start flickering the front panel stops working and then it slowly powes down . I have a Msi 790xt-g45 motherboard and a 4x Ultra 750 wtts power supply. is the power supply dead ?????3

PSU or mobo was fried in the event. If you have another power supply test that to see if it's the mobo or PSU that died. If not, you can connect just the fans to PSU and short the power on pin (in the 24pin, be VERY careful when doing so and call an experienced electrician if you don't understand high power electronics).

While you are at it, make sure to buy a surge protector WITH ethernet protection, or a UPS for good measure.
