Hello, so these are my specs
R9 390X MSI
Fx-8350
16 gb of ram
256 gb SSD PNY
2 tb HDD
750 watt (corsair CX)
Idk if this makes a difference but i have a 144hz monitor BenQ(DP) while my brother has a regular dell 60hz one(HDMI).
So i am pulling an inconstant rate of 100-400 fps in game but my brother who has the same exact specs just with a r9 270 instead of an R9 390x is pulling 600-700 fps constant.
Why is mine so low and inconstant?
