CPU and GPU temperature problem in Laptop.

Hi Everyone,
I just checked my laptop specs with "Speccy" app, and i was very surprised my CPU and GPU temperature is too much in Idle. The CPU runs at 38°C and the GPU runs at 511°C.

Any idea whats the problem and how to fix it?
Need help, Thanks.

lol No i have a Desktop PC its running fine in a good temperature. But my laptop i don't know what's wrong with it.

Over 950 farenheit...seems like a pretty casual overclock or a bad temp sensor

Well one thing that tells you there is an error with the censor is the temps your getting lol. On a fix for it, I'm really not sure. The censor is a part of your MOBO. But it maybe a possibility it might be a software issue? If thats the case, updating your MOBO Bios might do something. But this is something that is new to me. Not sure how to approach this..

You need to scroll down on your hwinfo and take pic of GPU temps

Your fine. It seems that the other app was the problem. Never used Speccy myself, but with errors like this I would stay clear of it. HWinfo will monitor everything you need

i will try to reinstall the speccy app if it still says 511 C , then i'll remove it forever.
the laptop is not hot tho , no sounds either, normal speed. Everything looks fine so maybe the problem is with the app.
