I have 700 euros. I want like the title says a pc that runs decent Cinemad 4d, Houdini, Maya, Zbrush, photoshop nad sony vegas paired with after effects.
I was thinking of an i5 6600k and a gtx 750 ti.

I noticed you chose a Romanian site with that respect I chose Deutchland as the closest place to ship your hardware.

Lots of power and you have room for future upgrades while yet being compact. I've worked on Maya, Adobe's CS software suite and more thus I went over budget but it should keep you happy for about 2 years with solid productivity/gaming output.
