Opinions On Build List I Was Recommended

I was recommended this gaming rig for PC gaming and recording in HD. I wanted a second opinion on this build to make sure it suits my needs. I've been going through parts lists like potato chips trying to make sure that i'm using the right parts.

Don't know your budget? But put an SDD in there, 250gb will do. Will help when writing to disc (recording in HD).
GPU is good, obviously if funds all your CPU will allow for a 980ti if you have the money,.

Ok, thanks i'll keep the SSD in mind, as for my budget I tried to keep it under 250$, but under 750$ seems more realistic for my needs. Oh and I definitely can't afford the 980 ti lol, maybe in a future update. But the rest of the build is ok right?

250$ won't get you that PC though? a 380X alone is about 200 isn't it? Either way, it's a decent build and will manage most games at high (not ultra) at 1080p60

There isn't one. Seriously, for that money you won't build anything decent yourself.

For HD recording, I think an i5 will do you well. An i3 is a possible but you want the extra headroom of an i5. A 380 is a good GPU for high settings 1080p. A 950 is a good budget choice for medium 1080 or high 1080 if you can go below 60fps.

As you will see, with mobo, RAM, case and a good PSU (550-600W), you are looking north of $600
