the samething can happen with any pc store on the planet

for example i bought a pc case from a well knowed store a week ago , received broken on arrival ( the front panel was loose and all plastic anchor was in 1000 pieces )

Buying a 150 buck motherboard for a i5 6500 processor makes no since and the power supply is a bad choice, not to say anything about your 88 bucks over your own budget.

no i have not because the psu in the link does not exist in my country.
by the way, some of the parts in your build can be a little more expensive from where i¨m ordering the pc
and if i buy the parts from your build, my budget will look more like 1800$
