Pentium G3258 OC'ed to 4ghz, but running at 5ghz on desktop?

so im on a msi h81m-p33, and have the stock cpu cooler. I went into the bios and overclocked my cpu to 4.0 ghz, yet when im on the desktop and in task manager it says my cpu is constantly clocked around 5ghz, And yet i get stable temps around 50-53c and no crashing at all. This is weird and ive not heard anything of it if you could inform me of anything you know that would be great.

With the stock cooler, I've seen people go up to 4.2GHz with OK temps. As yours is a H81m chipset board, I wouldn't recommend going far over this frequency, although it does depends on the quality of the silicon inside.
