I browsed a lot, and i didn't figure out howmuch is the best for gaming, so I'm very sorry but just help me Please!! :)

my specs:
HD 5450
E6600 2.4GHZ
6GB DDR3 RAM @1333
500GB HDD

Note:
1- I Play Assassins Creed/League Of Legends/Blade and soul/Path of exile
2- dont suggest an upgrade

If you are trying to get better game performance, your issue is the slow CPU and video card, adjusting the swap file will not help you at all. Just leave it at default that Windows sets.

If you don't want to upgrade your RAM, what is it you want to achieve? A RAM disk? That isn't going to help much with your specs; the bottleneck is the CPU and the GPU. You typically need to have at least 8GB RAM to create a sizeable RAM disk without slowing down windows for productivity, and at least 16GB if you want to play games at the same time.
