May you also tell me what to expect from this build running The Witcher 3
Also please tell me what to expect from recording and streaming with OBS, will I get playable frame rates?
Also please tell me if this is overclockable.
Also please help me choose a good cooler for overclocking the CPU.

Solution
You won't even be able to game and record with that system, and it;s very inbalanced. An I3 is better than an overclocked Pentium. Apevia power supplies are absolute trash. You could buy a cheaper case for a better CPU. I would also get a Skylake CPU not a Haswell.

Lots of things for you to fix there :)

Solution
That power supply is way way way more than you need unless you plan on both swapping out that CPU and throwing in another GPU down the line.

I agree with turkey3, go i3 or AMD equivalent at a minimum for what you are talking about using the computer for. For what you have there expect low settings with low FPS at low resolution.

example of a low end i3 system. You can't overclock this one.

The reason I dont want to go with AMD is because in the long run I want the best performance out of my CPU, because I am going to upgrade and AMD is only for people on a budget, where as Intel has WAY better CPU's.

Admirable

It's a good build, But I honestly think 20 USD more for a 8320e is worth it.

When streaming on a budget the AMD FX chips are much better CPU's, You are on a budget.

It's your call.
