Hello guys and gals, I am getting ready to over clock my CPU but I need a good water/liquid cooler

water/liquid cooler for my I7 4970k 4.0 Devils Canyon

I also need it to fit this PC tower

Link is for reference

Would like to keep it between 100 and 150 please thank you!

Will this cooler work?

Solution
Hey dawg - i've ran the I7-4790k Running at 4.8ghz Rock steady for almost a year now Using the Corsair H100i Hydro Series - i would say that any of the Corsair closed Liquid coolers would probably work really well :)

100% FPU load i have not seen my cpu over 74 Degrees, idling at 29-31 degrees right now - i do run a constant Overclock at an Adaptive voltage between 1.250-1.312 volts :) which is just fine as the temps are just fine :)

Z97 is a socket 1150, so yes, it will fit.

Compatibility

Intel™ LGA 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1366, 2011 and 2011-3
AMD™ sockets FM1, FM2, AM2, and AM3
Hydro Series H100i requires a case with dual 120mm fan mounts with 15mm spacing for a 240mm radiator

Found that with about 30 seconds of Googling.
