I just out in my new motherboard today and when I turned it on, I noticed that there was a windows water mark saying build 9600. Then I turned it off and plugged all my hard drives in this time and when I booted it backup, there was no more water mark! Is it reccomended that I install a brand new os? Or should I be fine? There is also nothing form using it that I could tell was wrong.

Solution
most often when changing things like a motherboard it is best to do a fresh install of windows due to driver conflicts etc.it is rare to be able to just use the same os on your old hdd.even tho you dont see any problems yet i would still back up my files and do a fresh install of windows.

What may be some problems I may run into?
