Go here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Download the latest driver for your APU in the "manually select your driver" section. Be sure you choose APU then Desktop APU.
Then go here and download DDU: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/display_driver_uninstaller.html
Boot to safe mode and run DDU. Have it uninstall any AMD and Nvidia gfx driver it finds. Boot back to Win and install the previously loaded gfx driver.
