Intel H81 vs h87 vs b85 motherboards for Haswell

I have i3-4150 processor.
as building a used tower, I was able to find these motherboard in used without warranty and within my reach to buy.
Some claimed they are imported , while others local but none of them have warranty or receipts to prove otherwise.

They looks fine from what I can tell.
So which one should I considered, while knowing two have hdmi n one don't. But is it wise to buy non-Hdmi port motherboard and in future, invest in used Gpu or a low end Gpu one.
Or just buy a hdmi one right now. What the advantage n cons.
Do remember these are used and don't have any warranty

Typically a H81 will be a mATX board

The DVI, VGA, HDMI port is for your on-board CPU/IGT... if you plan on using it, then DVI or HDMI connector would be the best for the future... Your installed video card will not use that port, you use the video card ports.

All MB's are imported... Counterfeit is something else... I have seen all kinds of Counterfeit products... but never a MB, could be a first for both of us... B / I have seen products that have been removed illegally from premises.

For illegal, That part could be true, but I don't think they will have box n I plate too. But it is possible.
Mostly, ppl here sell they system in used too.
Right now, someone just bought a whole new sky lake system with warranty n goes, he is selling it as whole.? Crazy

These models asus n gigabyte b85 one I wrote both have 2 slots but b85 have the hdmi port. Shared memory for video is same 1gb.

Once I was thinking Asrock h81pro btc but too many bad review on new egg.

I prefer. HDMI port since I want to use as my led monitor have the slot. And more ram slot as well but my budget isn't Going above $50. Hoping he will reduce till h87 till $40-50 .

Otherwise I gotten an offer for another asus h81m-k with local warranty for $35.

Lastly, is it wise to buy a Gpu with Dvi port motherboard or just buy hdmi port motherboard. Sure I can save the Gpu cost with buying hdmi port, since not a gamer, but might play some maybe in low or med setting or not at all.
Or just buy a dvi to hdmi converter for Devi port .

Oh! What the advantage n disadvantage on these Dvi to hdmi or vga port converter

It mainly will be for movies watching in full hd, streaming from and to other devices, work ,n big fan of torrent downloading. Not heavy stuff like graphic designer or stuff.

Hello... 1) If you need Sound in Multi-Audio/Digital/Speakers formats, through that same cable... HDMI is for that purpose.

I install using the "H" model matx MB HDMI with 2x4gb DDR3 1600 1.5v, for your type of customer.
You will have great Streaming HD Video/Audio/Digital playback thru that connection... TV? or Audio receiver? later when you get a Video card for your system.

That MB will give you years of Media use for other Rooms... You can Later put a i7 into that same MB and LEARN to be a Graphics Designer B )

2) Make sure you get the Realtek audio chip listed for that MB...And you will have additional Audio outputs and options.

Can u explain this h model .
also I'm going with single stick of 4gb ram at the moment. Corsair vengeance. Getting used n cheap at the same price of used saw sung 1600 MHz 4 gb ram.

So should I buy a asus h81 or gigabyte b85 as h87, he is asking more than what I quote even for used one.
