What should i upgrade first?

Hello, i want to upgrade my pc but i have to choose between these options : i get a new cpu i5 6600k + ddr4 8gb ram + asus mb h170 + new case + aftermarket cpu cooler or i buy gtx 970 from msi, new psu and ddr3 8gb ram. Currently i have gtx 550 ti oc, 4gb ram and amd kaveri 7700k

the weak part in your pc now is the amd cpu and lack of ram. if you buy the new gpu now it wont run to it fullest as you be bottle necking it. also mid 2016 the newer nvidia pascal that are going to be a lot faster then the 900 line are dropping. so your better off buying in a few weeks a skylake cpu if the prices start to drop or look at local micro center for cpu combo deals. if your not going to over clock or sli/cross fire look at 6500 and a h170 mb.

I think the nvidia pascal is going to be expensive
