Is the compatible, please help!

Hello, i just bought the below

my system specs are

fx 8320
gigabyte 970a ud3p mobo
gtx 670
750w semi modular EVGA psu

Will this ram run in my system?

From what Newegg says, yes, this should run on your system. Are you not familiar with checking compatibility on things? I know it can be difficult to follow the lingo, but Newegg generally makes it pretty simple.

Newegg indicates the mobo takes DRAM up to 2000, this is a 2400 set of DRAM so if you want to go by NewEgg the answer is NOT at 2400. Will they work, probably yes, though to get best performance may well need manual setup. With the CPU, (specifically the MC (memory controller) in the CPU)which is the determining factor in what data rates it can run. The 8320 is rated up to 1866 at 1 stick per channel, but many can run 4sticks, some can even run 2133 w/ 4 sticks and a few can run 2400 with four sticks. Will have to try them and see. If you need help setting them up, give me a shout

I was more worried about the ram rating is 1.65v but my mobo says upto 1.5v on it, i can set the ram speeds bios if needs be

1.65 is perfectly safe, no worries there. 1.5 is the suggested voltage for base level DRAM. Intel even has certification list for faset DRAM and the majority are all 1.65 sets
