Nice build, except the weak GPU. I would save money on other components and buy a better GPU. I would opt for something more like this:

Wouldn't bother:
- Getting so many fans
- Getting a Samsung 850 Pro, the 850 EVO is fine/enough for SATA speeds
- Getting a sound card

Consider getting a better gpu if you want to game.
If you plan to overclock, consider a better motherboard. If you don't plan to overclock, drop down to an i5 4460.

I can only afford that gpu for now. When I have enough money i'll buy the GTX 980 :)

Thanks for the advice.
The reason why I want many fans, is for a better air flow within the case. Also a sound card for better sound as I have a gaming headset. Also I prefer the one I have with is i5 4690k as it has better base clock speed than i5 4460.

There is a point where adding more fans give no improvements or can even disrupt airflow.
Motherboard now have decent sound chip. For gaming, you do not need one. If you are an audiophile, you are better off having a decent external USB DAC rather than a soundcard. That's assuming you got a decent high end headphone/headset.

The way I'm setting up the fans it's not going to be airflow disrupt (unless I'm wrong). For example 1 fan that intake cool air at the front of the case, 2 fans or 1 at the top of the case that exhaust hot air out, also a fan (exhaust) at the back of the case and a fan that intake cool air at the side where the gpu is. Is their anything wrong with this method?

In my opinion, you only really need one exhaust at the rear and at least one intake at the front. The rest offers no real improvements to temperature/ airflow.

I agree, airflow is not much of an issue, usually only 2 fans will do fine, and your case ships with 3 fans already.
If you cannot afford anything more than a GTX 750Ti, consider the R9 370, it is in the same price range but performs better.

Also the difference in gaming with the CPU will be minimal, you will not notice much difference with a 4460 and a 4690K, especially when using a lower end GPU. Only on high resolutions (1440p or more) and high end GPU will there be a noticeable difference.
