MSI R9 380 Gaming=Driver crashes after computer wake up

Hello guys. You can find my specs in my signature but my problem is basically what says in the title. Because I usually go and come back to my PC very often, my power management is set to put the PC to sleep mode after 20 minutes. The problem is when I come back and wake up the PC, my graphics driver crashes when I start using Google Chrome but is recovering straight after on it's own. Chrome is not responding after display is recovered , all I have to do is close Chrome and it works perfectly after. I did not try this using other browser, so unless someone with knowledge can assure me it's because of Chrome, I will then change it. Thanks in advance

I honestly don't think it's the browser making the graphics driver crash, it's the activity itself making it crash. Have you checked MSI's website to see if they have any updated drivers available? Has it done this since the beginning? The last updated driver?
