Different boards have various boot up methods, but yours sounds like you're utilizing the quick boot feature. This particular boot setup bypasses the visuals of the BIOS and takes you straight to the OS load up. You can always edit these settings within the BIOS by pressing the right key to get into the BIOS and make changes, this key is usually ESC, F2, etc. If you look it up based on your make/model, it will tell you.

try pressing
1)DEL or

2)F2 or

3)CTRL+ALT+DEL even before the screen of your monitor turns on. Its a possibility that your BIOS show up time hasn't been set up yet.

Try it first then reply.
